By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Tutera regarding your account, our Services, or marketing communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard text messaging rates and charges may apply from your wireless provider.

You may opt out of promotional SMS/text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us using the contact information in Section 8 below. Tutera’s SMS program is subject to applicable laws and carrier terms and conditions.

Disclaimer; “AS‑IS” Service; Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tutera’s total liability for all claims related to your use of the Site or Services exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Termination
