More than a dozen senior living communities owned and managed by Tutera Senior Living & Health Care were awarded 30 prestigious Senior Living Operations Awards for exceptional operational processes, customer satisfaction and care delivered to residents in 2022. The Most Outstanding Survey Results Award for 2022 was awarded to three Tutera communities: Carnegie Village Senior Living Community, Holly Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Metropolis Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.  The foundation for these results are the state and federal survey results in best overall compliance to regulatory guidelines.

Mission Chateau Senior Living and Northland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center were dually recognized and awarded for Clinical Excellence – this award is given to the communities that have all clinical systems perfectly placed with the outcomes to prove it in the ways of regular compliance, minimal falls and staff retention.

Operations

The Operational Excellence Award was awarded to Mission Chateau Senior Living and Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, recognizing excellence in management of resource allocation to improve the life of our residents at the community.

Human Resources

The award for Most Improved Team Member Retention went to Mission Chateau Senior Living and Montgomery Children’s Specialty Center, awarded to the communities that actively retain team members with the YOUNITE philosophy and create a culture in alignment with Tutera’s vision, mission and values. An additional award for Human Resource Management Excellence was presented to Country Gardens Assisted Living Community and Montgomery Children’s Specialty Center.

Marketing/Sales

Awards for Most Improved Resident Occupancy went to Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community and St. Paul’s Senior Community, recognizing the communities that retain current residents and provide exceptional customer service and care and continue to attract new residents to the community.

Customer Experience

Three Tutera Senior Living communities claimed trophies for the Superior Customer Service Award, which is given to communities that actively engage residents and families in providing feedback via surveys and online reviews. This feedback guides the community’s actions in achieving outstanding resident care and services, which is measured through survey outcomes. These award-winning communities are:

  • Coulterville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center
  • Bridle Brook Assisted Living & Memory Care

The Cultural Excellence Award is given to communities that best demonstrate Tutera’s signature YOUNITE philosophy in that their actions and decisions center around team members, residents and their families to create the best possible customer experience. Communities given this award were Oakley Courts Assisted Living Community and Dixon Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.

Community of the Year

Finally, the top honor of Most Outstanding Community of 2022 was awarded dually to Mission Chateau Senior Living and Northland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, both based in the Kansas City region. This award is the most prestigious award as it embodies the strongest commitment to Tutera Senior Living’s vision, mission and values, providing the best overall resident care and satisfaction outcomes, retaining team members with passion and commitment, and effectively maintaining trustworthy accountability.
